How do I pick the right size for me? We designed two sizes so that we could include as many of you as we can. The Medium Size is 8" wide and 42" long, for up to a 48" waist. The Large Size has an extra wide design at 9" wide and 46" long, for up to a 52" waist.

How do I wash my Waist Trimmer? Our Waist Trimmer can be washed with a mild soap and only by hand. Wipe it down with the soap and water and let it air dry. Try not to soak it to protect the velcro. Wash your waist trimmer before first use according to the above instructions.
